Become a Section 8 Property Owner

If you are interested in becoming a Section 8 property owner, the voucher holder will provide you with a rental packet to be filled out, which includes the following documents: 

• JHA Section 8 Property Owner Registration Packet
• Request for Tenancy Approval
• Lead Paint Disclosure form
• W-9 (Request for Taxpayer ID form)
